South Carolina Livestock Branding

South Carolina brand registration is handled by the Secretary of State, not the Department of Agriculture. Registration costs only $3 and does not expire. Only one brand per person is allowed, and the certificate must be recorded with the clerk of court in each county where livestock are kept.
