Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request:

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost using the same shipping method as your original order.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production.
- Orders canceled before production: Full refund
- Orders already in production: Cannot be canceled
Shipping Costs
If a refund is issued due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover any return shipping costs. For other situations, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
