Processing Time

All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Cost

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping on all orders within the United States.

How We Ship

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we ship each product as soon as it's created. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of each item in your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you're interested in international orders, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information each time an item from your order ships. Since items ship as they're created, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely. The carrier used may vary based on your location, package size, and shipping method selected.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 1 (720) 756-9446.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping orders. Expedited and priority shipping options may require a physical street address.
