Ranch Brand Search uses Stripe to process all payments. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor -the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

How Your Payment is Processed

  1. When you checkout, you're redirected to Stripe's secure payment page
  2. Your payment details are entered directly on Stripe's servers
  3. We never see or store your complete credit card number
  4. Stripe processes the payment and confirms the transaction
  5. You receive an email confirmation of your order

Pricing and Currency

All prices on ranchbrandsearch.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). The amount you see at checkout is the amount that will be charged to your payment method.

If you're paying from outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Please check with your financial institution for details.

Billing Descriptor

When you make a purchase, the charge on your statement will appear as "RANCH BRAND SEARCH" or "RBS*RANCHBRAND".

Refunds

If you're eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Payment Issues

Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Verify your card details are entered correctly
  • Check that your card hasn't expired
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available
  • Contact your bank to ensure they haven't blocked the transaction

Double Charges

If you see duplicate charges, the second charge is likely a temporary authorization hold that will automatically be released by your bank within 3-5 business days. If the charge persists, please contact us.
